Unable to Start Salesforce Engine

When you use the option to test the connection to Salesforce (Test Connection button), the software returns an "Unable to start Salesforce engine" error.

Symptoms

The CVD.log file on the Linux access node shows messages that are similar to the following:

Resolution

Verify that you can resolve the access node by using the client host name. Verify that the correct DNS entries are in the /etc/resolv.conf file.
