The Salesforce test connection or the backup operation fails.
The test connection or the backup operation fails with the following error:
Failed to send request to salesforce_logon_URL
Verify that the access node can resolve the Salesforce logon URL. On the command line, type the following command: nslookup salesforce_logon_URL
For example, type the Salesforce production URL: nslookup login.salesforce.com
If the Salesforce logon URL cannot be resolved, add the correct DNS server entries in the resolv.conf file.
