The MongoDB server fails to start after a data restore operation.
The MongoDB server fails to start after a data restore operation performed from the CommCell Console.
During the MongoDB data restore operation, the user ID and group ID of the source and destination computers do not match.
Fix access and owner permissions, and then start the MongoDB server manually. To prevent the issue from recurring, before running a restore operation, verify that the user ID and group ID of the source and destination computers are the same.
