Symptoms

When you perform a 1-Touch restore of backup jobs that are older than 6 months, the system generates the following error message:

Trust Relationship Between Workstation and Primary domain failed

Causes

The password stored in the computer image is not valid anymore.

Resolution

To create a new machine password (a new image), complete the following steps:

Disjoin the computer from the domain.
Rejoin the computer to the domain.
