The content indexing job does not include all files.
During a content indexing operation, a few files might not be content indexed.
You can view the list of skipped files, along with the reason for skipping, in a system-generated XML file under the following location in the Admin node:
software_installation_path\iDataAgent\JobResults\CV_JobResults\iDataAgent\ContentIndexing\JobID
