InternalServerError : Retried more than 15 times

Errors are occurring during the emptiness check or when objects are downloaded to the local cache for a Salesforce backup operation.

Symptoms

The SFEngine.log contains any of the following errors:

• InternalServerError : Retried more than 15 times Caused by:
• InternalServerError : Retried more than 15 times Cause stacktrace:

Causes

Objects are very large in size and require additional time to process.

Resolution

If the "InternalServerError : Retried more than 15 times" error occurs when objects are downloaded to the local cache, configure the chunking additional settings. For information, see Configuring Chunking Options for Backup Operations.
