A Salesforce backup operation or a Salesforce recovery operation fails because the Salesforce user does not have the permissions needed to perform the operations.
Backup jobs and restore jobs fail.
Best Practice: The Salesforce user who performs the backup operations and the restore operations has a system administrator profile.
If you cannot provide a user who has a system administrator profile, you can create a profile in Salesforce that contains the following individual permissions.
Important: Some data might not be backed up due to Salesforce restrictions.
