Symptoms

With Internet Explorer, the Compliance Search page does not load.

Resolution

Solution 1

Enable compatibility view in Internet Explorer for the Compliance Search page.

  1. Open Internet Explorer and go to the Compliance Search page.
  2. Click Tools > Compatibility Settings, and add the Compliance Search page.

Solution 2

If Single Sign On (SSO) is enabled for the domain where Compliance Search is installed, add the Compliance Search page to the Local Intranet sites list.

  1. In Internet Explorer, click Tools > Internet OptionsSecurity > Local Intranet > Sites > Advanced.
  2. Enter the Compliance Search URL, and then click Add.
  3. Click Close.

Solution 3

The Compliance Search page cannot be accessed from the machine where Compliance Search is installed.

Open the Compliance Search page from a remote computer.
