For V10

Note: Our support team is committed to assisting customers, regardless of the version of the Commvault software that they use. Although the official end-of-life is set for the listed dates, the Commvault Customer Support Team will still troubleshoot cases for end-of-life versions. Because the official support has ended, tickets will be handled as "best effort", and the support team might request that you upgrade to a supported version of the software.

Fixes will be supported as follows:

  • Major breakage fixes will be supported until December 15, 2017.
  • Data access fixes will be supported until June 15, 2018.

For V11

The V11 End-of-Life schedule is by service pack. For each service pack, fixes will be supported as follows:

  • Major breakage fixes will be supported for 9 months from the date of the service pack release.
  • Data access fixes will be supported for 15 months from the date of the service pack release.
