Backup job goes into Pending state when DDB is in incorrect state
The backup job goes into pending state with the following error message:
Error Code: [40:120]
Description: SIDB is in incorrect State. Failed to open deduplication database on one or more of the following MediaAgents [MediaAgentName].
The error message appears and the client backup would go to pending state, if you have performed DDB move with Change Config Only option, and not copied the DDB files to the new location.
To resolve this issue, copy the SIDB folder and icl_label.txt file from old location to new location.
The backups will be resumed once you copy the content.
