NameLookup failed for Instance SERVERNAME error (1476) Lock Manager: Insufficient memory - Lock Manager Pool is full

NameLookup failed for Instance SERVERNAME, error (853) NAMELookups are limited on this server to a size smaller than what would be returned.  See your Domino Administrator for more information.

Cause

Errors indicate Domino lock manager pool may be too small to get all notes databases.

Notes.ini parameter NameLookup_MAX_MB  defines the size of buffer which can hold mailbox names. If the number of Mailboxes is large, then this parameter needs to be increased,

Resolution

If the number of mailboxes is large then NameLookup_MAX_MB parameter should be increased to required size in MB, which can hold the mailbox list information.

Enter a value in MB for the parameter based on number of mailboxes as per your unique Domino environment. Minimum required value to use is usually obtained by trial and error method. If memory resources are limited start by trying values of 100 then 50 and continue to reduce by half until error returns. Use the last successful value. For more details, see Lock manager : Insufficient Memory.
