Mount Failures in a job accessing a Shared Disk Library

Job using Shared Disk Library with data path from Windows MediaAgent fails with mount error.
If the status is Online, the mount failure might occur if there are no drive letters available in the Windows operating system to mount the volume for the job.
Verify whether the status of the disk library, mount path, and the device is Online.
Make sure that there are sufficient drive letters available in the Windows operating system to mount the volumes. If all the drive letters are used, disconnect and make some drive letters available before resuming the job.
