Error Code 82:158 The job is pending because of network connection
Article ID: NWK0001 Advisory error reporting network issues between client and MediaAgent are causing job to go to pending/restart state.
Job goes to pending state showing Error code 82:158 The job is pending [reason] with [reason] being:
- Network receive failed. The network connection was lost unexpectedly, or
- The remote end had closed network connection unexpectedly
Network communication between the client and the MediaAgent hosts has been interrupted or services on MediaAgent are not responding.
- Verify network connectivity between client and MediaAgent hosts.
- Recycle Commvault services on the MediaAgent.
- Resume/Restart job.
