A restore operation for a SharePoint Server 2007 fails.
If you perform a restore operation for a SharePoint 2007 server, and the server contains web applications with host headers, the restore operation fails with the following error message:
The IIS web site you have selected is in use by SharePoint. You must select another port or hostname.
If a web application with a host headers use the same port number as another web application, then the restore operation fails.
Change the port number of the web application that you are restoring, and then run the restore operation again. For information about changing a port number, see Restoring a Windows SharePoint Services (WSS) Web Application - To a New Configuration.
