A SharePoint restore operation fails because a virus scanner is running on the SharePoint server.
If a virus scanner is running on the SharePoint server, a restore operation for that server fails. You might see the following error in the CVSPRestore.log file:
The specified network name is no longer available.
During a restore operation, a virus scanner that is running on the SharePoint server might delete staging files or a network share.
On the SharePoint server, either disable the virus scanner, or exclude Commvault processes from the virus scanner configuration.
