Error Code: [68:151] Install Software Failed on Windows 7 and Windows 2008 R2 Client Computers

Article ID: WFSOP0003 After the installation of OnePass for Windows, Commvault software generates an error if the driver does not load.


The following error message is displayed in the Event Viewer window of the CommCell Console:

The following error message is displayed in the DriverInstaller log file of the CommCell Console:

The Microsoft windows security update 6.1-KB3033929-x64.msu is not installed on Windows 2008 R2 or Windows 7 OnePass client computers. 


  1. Install the Microsoft update 6.1-KB3033929-x64.msu on your client computer.
