Error Code 19:1105 No Resources Available

Unable to get source MediaAgent. Read operation cannot be completed as none of the resources available can be used.

Symptoms

Auxiliary Copy job fails with following error:

Error Code: [19:1105] Description: No Resources Available. Please check the Streams tab for information.

In the Job Details dialog box under Streams tab you see:

Unable to get source MediaAgent. Read operation cannot be completed as none of the resources available can be used.

Causes

Auxiliary Copy operation can fail if the source and destination MediaAgents are with different release version.

Resolution

Check the software version and updates for participating MediaAgents.  Make sure the version and service pack level match.
