Error: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

The data and time that were submitted are not a valid type.

Symptoms

When the **Add To **operation or the **Export To **operation are used for a review set, the following error appears in the DM2Web log: String was not recognized as a valid DateTime.

Causes

On the Web Server computer, the operating system **Region > Formats > Format **setting is not set to English (United States).

Resolution

Note: This procedure requires you to restart the Web Server computer.

1. On the Web Server computer, go to the Windows Control Panel > Clock, Language, and Region setting.
2. Click Region. The Region dialog box appears.
3. On the Formats tab, in the Format list, click English (United States).
4. Click Apply.
5. On the Administrative tab, click Copy settings. The Welcome screen and new user accounts settings dialog box appears.
6. Under Copy your current settings to, select the Welcome screen and system accounts check box.
7. Click OK.
8. Restart the Web Server computer.
