All jobs going to a library fail with SCSI errors.
As the error describes, the operation encountered Small Computer System Interface (SCSI) error directly from the library and failed. This is due to connectivity or functionality with the Storage Device.
SCSI errors are generally due to the hardware itself, though it's a good idea to try some system checks within Commvault first.
First, check the Storage Device involved in the erring operation and ensure it is online and available via the network. For Tape drives, run a Drive Validation to check for errors. It may be required to reset the library, reset the drive, or clean the drive. If the storage device is still not responding properly, contact the vendor for the device and explain the symptoms to their support team.
