On system reboot, the majority of services won’t start and you will see the following error message in the Event Viewer:
Event Name: ServiceHang
1. Go to Windows > Run, and then enter "services.msc".
The Services window appears.
2. Right-click the Commvault Network Daemon service (GxFWD), and then click Properties.
The Commvault Network Daemon Properties window appears.
3. Select Automatic (Delayed start) from the Startup type list.
4. Click OK.
5. Go to Windows > All Programs > Commvault > Process Manager.
The **Commvault Process Manager **window appears.
6. On the Services tab, right-click a stopped service and then click Start.
