Run 'winver' from a command prompt to verify this is Windows 10 2004. If it is, the issue is caused by a new API requirement to determine the firmware.
The issue has been addressed in SP20 with hotfix 2429.
'On 2004 version of Windows 10, Windows System State backup jobs on UEFI machines may CWE because of failure to detect firmware in the OfflineFiles component'
Offline files is mainly used for One Touch Restores, if these are not needed, for the time being you can add {Offline Files} to the subclient filter to allow the jobs to complete.
Once the update has been released\installed, the filter can be removed.
