Symptoms

A multi-node object storage backup job fails with the following error message:

Causes

The job results folder is missing because the access node has been deleted from the CommServe.

Resolution

From the CommCell Console, perform a file system restore of the files DirChange.cvf and StartTime.cvf , and then copy them to [C:\Program Files\Commvault\ContentStore\iDataAgent\JobResults\CV_JobResults\iDataAgent\CvCloudBkp\2\[subclientid]\[Job id]. This path can be referenced in CvCloudBkp.log.
