How to Identify Office 365 Access Nodes

This article is intended to help administrators identify the access nodes used for their Office 365 Clients.

Symptoms

Unable to identify which access node is being used for Office 365.

Causes

You may be required to know which access nodes are used for the following reasons:

Resolution

Step1: Open Command Center and navigate to (1) Protect, then (2) Office 365 or Exchange, and then click on the (3) name of the Office 365 Client.

Note: If your running a hybrid setup your client will be under the Exchange section.

Step 2: Navigate to the (4) Configuration tab. Within the Infrastructure Settings section you will see (5) a list of the access nodes used.

Note: The access node field can be populated by both client objects and server groups. If you have selected a server group you can click on the server group name to see the individual clients that are defined.
