Causes

When the channel displayName includes any special characters, the Get filesFolder API will return a 400 Bad Request error response.

Resolution

When creating a channel, make sure that the displayName of the channel does not:

Include any of the following special characters: ~ # % & * { } + / \ : < > ? | ‘ ”.
Start with an underscore (_) or period (.), or end with a period (.).
