Installing a Commvault agent as a "restore only agent"

You can install Commvault agents as "restore only" agents, which don't consume a license.

With "restore only" agent installations, you can perform restores without consuming a license.

From the navigation pane, go to Manage > Servers. The Servers page appears.
In the upper-right area of the page, click Add server. The Add Server dialog box appears.
Select Install software packages on your computer,
Enter the required information for the machine that you are installing the agent on.
Enable the Restore only agent toggle key.
Click Install.
