Identify SaaS Tenant ID or CommCell ID to create a Commvault Account

In order to register for a Commvault account, a valid SaaS Tentant ID or CommCell ID must be entered during registration. This article will help you identify your Tenant ID or CommCell ID.

• Please note that Trial CommCell IDs are not accepted for new account registration (FFFFFF).
• For software customers, the master account user is also able to create sub-accounts in the support portal

Finding your Tenant ID

For Commvault SaaS, your Tenant ID can be found in the 'Companies' section of the SaaS Command Center.

1. Login to Commvault SaaS
2. From the side menu, access Manage -> Companies
3. Under 'General' locate the Company GUID, which should appear similar in a pattern similar to AAAAAAAA-BBBB-CCCC-DDDD-EEEEEEEEEEEE
4. Your Tenant ID is the first 10 characters of your Company GUID. In this case, AAAAAAAABB

Finding your CommCell ID

1. Access the Commvault Command Center
2. From the sidebar, select Dashboard
3. Your CommCell ID appears in the Overview section adjacent to CommCell ID:
4. Alternatively, your CommCell ID is also listed under Manage -> License
