A Job fails when a Job Phase has failed/restarted more than the allowed maximum restarts.
JobManager.log reports Error Code: 19:1253 - Number of restarts has exceeded the maximum number allowed []. Source: Process: JobManager
This is usually accompanied by another error code indicating cause of the restarts.
Various. Most common cause is communication failure due to firewall, network congestion, or services not started on client.
Investigate accompanying error codes.
